Losing money in Unit Trust + Fund Performance
Some of my contacts told me that their friend invested in our Unit Trust and losing money in it.
We know that every investment has its own risk and usually you will get the positive return after at least years. If you are lucky enough, you might get it before 1 year.
That is why we as investor must know at least the basic of investing in Unit Trust. Please review first the Product Highlight Sheet or the UTMC's (Unit Trust Management Company) prospectus before you decided to invest. We must understand the risk and the background / track record of the product.
By the way, if you are happened to invest with EPF-MIS before or cash with Public Mutual, and they keep on receiving you statements which you dont understand what the numbers are for, you can also contact me. Or if you have changed your address and you didnt receive your investment updates, please call me. I will try to help retrieving your investment portfolio for you review.
